The following is an overview of the three part Franchise Selection Process we use to evaluate potential franchise partners. This overview is intended to assist you in understanding our selection process.
After you complete the initial application for consideration, we will provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and initial information on Berryhill.
Following evaluation of your initial information, we may conduct a preliminary visit for general operational observations, meeting key staff, and a general overview and tour of the market / trade area if applicable.
At this time, we will provide you with a Franchise Application, a comprehensive information and business plan checklist to complete.
A visit to the Berryhill corporate office and an initial presentation to the Berryhill department heads that should include a history and overview of your company including your values and corporate philosophy, personal business history and an overview of the proposed Berryhill territory. You will also meet with Berryhill executives and department heads during the day.
Following the Berryhill office visit, we may schedule a real estate visit to your market, which includes a tour of your proposed market and site-specific visits if applicable. Note that the real estate visit may occur during the initial visit in Part 2.
Following the real estate visit, we will make a final determination regarding your “territory” including potential development as well as build out schedule for the market.
